Here at the 'Daily Eggspress' we like to keep things pretty simple.
Just good old fashioned customer service!
Returns Policy
No returns on eggs - there really is no point. You get to keep the eggs and if there is a problem, we will endeavour to to fix it everytime. If you are unhappy, please contact us and we will sort something out.
Other products we will discuss with you and work towards a solution.
Delivery Times
Orders must be placed two days before delivery. This ensures we can get the message through to the farm to have freshly laid eggs available for delivery the day after lay! We are currently delivering on a Thursday with more slots opening up shortly.
We will do our utmost best to deliver on the day stated. Sometimes things happen and you will be contacted and your delivery with fresh laid eggs will be made the next day or a refund offered.

You are in control and can cancel at anytime! We just need a little notice ie 24 hours. Just incase we have already ordered or picked up your eggs for delivery.
Subscription can be paid by direct credit via internet banking. We kindly ask payment to be deposited on a Monday. This ensures we have time to order the correct quanitites. Delivery is currently on a Thursday and with more options coming shortly. We are also working on a system which payments will be deducted from your debit/credit card on a Monday before delivery. You are in full control and can cancel anytime.
If anything goes wrong, we will arrange another delivery or a refund.
